Job Overview:

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various driving positions within our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is outgoing and driven and wants to start their career in recruitment.

Duties:

- Conducting phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates

- Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies

- Posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms

- Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Tenstreet to manage candidate information

- Conducting reference checks and verifying employment history

- Assisting with the coordination of interviews and scheduling of candidates

- Providing feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process

- Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Trucking, Transportation, or other similar industry required.

- Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidate qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Sales experience or the ability to effectively sell job opportunities to candidates

Training Development:
