Duties:
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates
- Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Tenstreet to manage candidate information
- Conducting reference checks and verifying employment history
- Assisting with the coordination of interviews and scheduling of candidates
- Providing feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Trucking, Transportation, or other similar industry required.
- Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidate qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience or the ability to effectively sell job opportunities to candidates
