· Handling complaints and nonconformances internally and externally.
· Managing supplier quality, the internal audit program and aiding in training.
· Coordinates training for quality alerts.
· Manages the Corrective Action.
· Oversees the internal and external audit programs.
Quality Assurance Coordinator Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical certifications or education preferred).
· Root Cause Analysis Training
· Excellent computer capabilities, including MS Office
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
· Injection Molding Background preferred.
· Experience in a regulated facility (ISO 13485 preferred or ISO 9001) preferred.
