Brilliant General Maintenance is seeking a Part Time Recruiter/Payroll Assistant to add to our team!
This position is essential for helping create positive employee experiences. Areas of focus include recruiting, onboarding and orientations, processing a bi-weekly payroll and managing some accounts payable. The position requires a comfort level with decision making, problem solving, communication, and confidentiality.
Recruiting: The position is responsible for most aspects of the full recruiting cycle within the company, from posting open positions to hiring and conducting new hire orientations.
Payroll: Processing a bi-weekly payroll, which includes managing employee timecards, time off requests and working in the ADP payroll system.
Accounts Payable: Processing incoming invoices in Quickbooks and processing payments on time.

· Proficient in Microsoft applications and Google documents
