Additionally, Recruiting Director maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Recruiting Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.     • Agent Partnership: Spend 1 hour weekly planning and preparing for the Monday morning meeting with the agent.
    • Client Engagement: Collaborate with the service team to handle challenging situations and clients effectively.
    • Training Focus: Identify and address training needs, ensuring all issues are included on the meeting agenda.
    • Sales Leadership: Assume the role of a sales leader with primary responsibility for total office success, including a deep understanding of agent compensation and goals.
    • Goal Tracking: Maintain a comprehensive tracking system to inform the office of goals and progress toward achieving them.
