Develops and enhances and organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Director executes a strategy to position the organization as a preferred employer. Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, Recruiting Director maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Recruiting Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO), the Recruiting Director will be responsible for high-volume recruiting, managing, and executing the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple lines of service. The Recruiting Director is responsible for the successful delivery of services by the HR Recruitment Team by designing a recruitment strategy that aligns with the hiring strategy and priorities of the organization. This incumbent oversees all recruiting and staffing activities related to the selection, hiring, and onboarding of talent into OHU programs. The Director guides the recruiters in developing recruiting plans and marketing strategies while employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources and developing new and creative recruiting initiatives. The Recruiting Director is the ambassador for new hires to help further promote the organization’s brand.
