We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Recruiting and Growth/Senior Recruiter to join our team. As a Director of Recruiting and Growth/Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting top talent by developing recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and create a culture of inclusion. You will be responsible for the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding.

You will also assist in creating a positive work environment and developing a strong employer brand. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruiter to make an impact and take ownership of the recruitment process.

Compensation:

• Expected 1st year earnings: $100,000-$120,000. This is made up of a salary and bonus structure. There is vast earning potential
• Paid Time Off (PTO)

$100,000 - $120,000 expected first year earnings

• Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Utilize a variety of recruiting methods such as online job postings, job fairs, networking and referrals
• Lead and participate in pre-screening interviews with potential hires
• Evaluate and select qualified candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner

• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or related field
• Proven track record of success in recruiting and managing personnel
• US work authorization is required
• Knowledge and experience in real estate management
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

• A real estate license is not required
• Top-producing recruiting success track record in the recent past
• Real estate recruiting experience is a huge plus
• Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill with an emphasis on residential real estate
• Experience managing the recruiting pipeline in WizeHire or any other applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Analytics)
• Experience managing clients and candidates virtually
• Knowledge of DISC, Enneagram, and/or other personality assessments
