Fairview Range is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to join our HR Department in Hibbing, MN.
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for a wide variety of HR and Talent Acquisition functions ranging from moderate to complex. This role is responsible for collaborating with Fairview leaders to create and implement plans for the recruitment, screening, selection, and placement of positions throughout their assigned areas. Consultation work will include process improvement projects, predictive hiring tactics, and other strategic/tactical initiatives crafted to support the Talent Acquisition function.
In addition to providing consultation to customers, the Recruiting Specialist, will manage all aspects of the talent acquisition lifecycle including sourcing/marketing of positions, screening and evaluating applicants, coordinating and facilitating the selection process, preparing and administering salary quotes/offers, and ensuring the successful completion and start of the on-boarding process. Fairview Range utilizes iCIMS applicant tracking software to ensure data integrity as it flows into the HR/Payroll software. Opportunity for workforce development by coordinating hiring events, visiting educational institutions, and other career events to establish Fairview Range as a partner in filling hard-to-fill positions.
Schedule: This position is working ONSITE, full time. Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm; however, this position will require some flexibility for event travel and candidate sourcing.
