About the Role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to work closely with our Talent team, hiring managers, and interviewers. By being one of the first faces and names that candidates see, you will ensure candidates feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world-class candidate experience. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an ambassador for the Talent team to both internal and external stakeholders, promoting and creating operational best practices in a fast-paced environment.

This person is expected to work in the Eastern time zone (2pm-10pm), aligning with our US headquarters in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Interface with candidates, third-party vendors, and internal colleagues to schedule video and onsite interviews
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience with timely communication throughout the recruitment process
• Liaise with the business to collect feedback and identify next steps for candidates
• Keep hiring managers and candidates up-to-date on recruiting process and updates
• Maintain and develop relationships with candidates
• Work closely with the recruiting team to continually improve recruitment processes and practices
• Remain proactive and effectively escalate bottlenecks or challenges related to scheduling and the recruitment process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
• 1 years of experience in a role involving problem-solving, multi-tasking, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to independently manage multiple long-term and short-term projects simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English 
• Experience working out of an Applicant Tracking System (like GreenHouse) would be considered a plus
• Proficient in using G-Suite (Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
