Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Processor. The Administrative Processor will be responsible for efficiently handling administrative tasks and supporting various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough background checks and employment verifications for potential drivers, including but not limited to criminal history, driving record, employment history, and drug screening.
• Communicate with candidates and previous employers to obtain necessary information and documentation for verification purposes.
• Review and analyze background check results to determine eligibility for employment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of verification processes and outcomes.
• Assist CDL Driver Recruiters with administrative tasks related to the recruitment and hiring process, such as data entry, file management, and scheduling interviews.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including HR and Compliance, to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide timely updates and reports to Driver Recruiters regarding the status of background checks and verifications.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in administrative support or a related field, preferably in a recruiting or HR environment.
• Familiarity with background check procedures and employment verification processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review and interpret documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn and navigate relevant software applications.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry-specific administrative processes and terminology.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Previous experience with document management systems or CRM software.
