Recruiting Director plans, develops, and directs processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Develops and enhances and organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Director executes a strategy to position the organization as a preferred employer. Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, Recruiting Director maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Recruiting Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Recruiting Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Recruiting Field Clerk

  • Hampton Roads Connector Partners JV (HRCP) consisting of Dragados, VINCI, and Flatiron has been selected to construct the $3.8bn Design Build project –the largest civil construction contract ever awarded by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).

    The project scope across a 9 mile section of the I-64 will include: a new 3.5-mile bridge-tunnel crossing that will accommodate a total of 8 lanes of capacity across the water, replacement of the existing marine approach bridges and the addition of a third lane on I-64 in each direction. The twin 45’ diameter 1.5-mile tunnels will be bored by TBM, creating the second largest TBM tunnel opening for a TBM in North America. The project is expected to continue to the end of 2025.

    Overview:

    This position is responsible for processing daily, weekly, and monthly data tracking information. The position requires a good working knowledge of Microsoft office software and the ability to read, interpret, compile, input, and analyze data.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist Recruiting with submittals, quantity tracking, reports, progress logs, and project photos.
    • Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and data on an online database (SharePoint).
    • Submit Orders
    • Prepare Excel worksheets, compile files and prepare data analysis tables.
    • Create, update, validate and forward various forms of email communication to internal and external recipients
    • Assist with vendors and subcontractors.
    • Assist with field operations as necessary
    • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Prior work-related experience
    • Ability to organize workload to determine priority of duties
    • Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check
    • Must have strong computer skills, and capability to communicate clearly by email
    • Ability to follow instructions
    • Strong use of excel for tracking and data analysis.
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask throughout the day.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Demonstrated proficiency in: Word, Excel, outlook, adobe pro, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
    • Strong organizational skills and very detailed-oriented.
    • Proactive and solution oriented.
    • Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and professional courtesy.
