We have an immediate need for a Clinical Lead Manager Occupational Therapist (OT) who is seeking a full-time position with an established agency in a home health/remote work setting. The successful candidate will manage a team of occupational therapists and their assistants to provide therapy services to pediatric patients.
Job Description
As a Clinical Lead Manager, you will perform the following:
Lead a team of occupational therapists and their assistants to maintain caseloads, review evaluations, and ensure quality patient care
Interview, hire, and onboard new team members, and manage HR issues such as PTO along company policies
Set goals and expectations, conduct performance reviews, develop positive action plans for team members
Ensure compliance in accordance with federal and state laws, professional standards, and company policies
Address and respond to parent’s and caregiver’s concerns
Perform evaluations and complete a minimum number of patient visits in-home as required
Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Graduate of AOTA accredited school
State therapy license or eligible in Texas
BLS/CPR certification
Experience or certifications in clinical specialties preferred
