Warehouse Manager

• 
  Oversee picking up fine furniture from Amish communities and manufacturers in the Central/Western Ohio region and Western PA
• Manage White Glove Delivery Service for Keystone Transports, Ohio Warehouse
• Drive a box truck to pick up and deliver furniture
• Load blanket-wrapped, premium furniture to be picked up from the terminal and shipped to our PA terminal
• Build relationships with our regular manufacturers
• Handle shipping paperwork and inventory management
• Assist the Transport Manager in recruiting drivers and warehouse associates.
• Serve as the face of our Company to our Ohio clientele

Keystone Transport Services, LLC, a family-owned furniture logistics company headquartered in Myerstown, PA, is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our growing team. We offer customers a dependable delivery schedule, state-of-the-art delivery notification & tracking, and customer-oriented drivers. To meet the rapidly increasing demand for our services, we are looking for a skilled, responsible, friendly Warehouse Manager to join our team and supervise our Ohio Terminal. Our Ideal Warehouse Manager:

• Experience: Must have experience driving a box truck with one to two years of logistics management or supervisory experience preferred. CDL is encouraged but not required
• Servant Leader: Enjoys working side by side with teammates while leading by example and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Prior experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager is preferred.
• Customer-focused: Demonstrates a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction by prioritizing their needs and striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Active: Able to lift up to 75 lbs. is preferred to load and unload furniture.
• Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Highly Organized: Proven track record of effectively managing multiple tasks and projects while being able to pivot as needed.
• Strong Communicator: Interacts politely and professionally with vendors, customers, and teammates with a customer service-oriented attitude.
• Safety Focused: Prioritizes a safety-first mindset by consistently adhering to established safety protocols.
• Problem Solver: Able to think on your feet, take charge, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Someone organized who "loves putting the puzzle" together.
• Flexible: Our schedule is heaviest on Monday (approx. 12-hour day), but we can enjoy a half day on Fridays.

What We Offer Our Warehouse Manager:

• $25-$35/ hour. DOE
• Full-time Mon-Fri schedule with overtime – currently averaging 50 hours per week
