Recruiting Manager implements and manages processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Oversees an organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Manager evaluates and communicates key metrics to recommend appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Reviews and approves content and placement of advertisements and job postings. Additionally, Recruiting Manager secures appropriate resources for staff to be successful. Maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. May be responsible for the recruitment process for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Recruiting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Recruiting Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     POSITION OVERVIEW

    Working with the Director of Employee Experience and Human Resources Manager, the Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator will develop and execute organizational recruitment strategies that include sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, placement, and onboarding of qualified applicants for key positions across the company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Recruitment

    • Work with the Director of Employee Experience and Human Resources Manager to craft and execute staffing strategies that will ensure high quality candidates and cultural / organizational fit throughout the recruitment, hiring, and placement process.
    • Think creatively to refine the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process to be innovative, candidate-friendly, and expeditious - providing the organization with a competitive staffing advantage.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to potential candidates with a primary focus on operational excellence, proactive, competitive, and cost-effective recruitment solutions.
    • Manage the organization’s applicant tracking system and HRIS to efficiently move candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
    • Leverage all traditional and non-traditional sourcing and recruitment marketing, including professional events, job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for janitorial positions in various facilities.
    • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing requirements.

    2. Onboarding

    • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of company policies, procedures, mission, vision, and values.
    • Facilitate the completion of all required onboarding documentation.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

    3. Collaboration

    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
    • Assist hiring managers in the scheduling of interviews to ensure applicants are efficiently moving through the hiring process.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

    4. Compliance

    • Work with the HR Team to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.

    QUALIFICATIONS :

    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.

    • Microsoft 365 Knowledge : Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred, but not required).
    • 2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding (preferred, but not required).

    Schedule :

    Monday Friday (35-40 hours a week)

    Pay :

    $16.00 per hour
