They are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience as a GM in the fast-food industry who is ready to make the next move in their career! Pay Range: $55, 000 - $65, 000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Uphold and enhance the standards of the workplace culture and people management
• Ensure operational efficiency and high standards of customer service
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Lead and oversee recruiting events, including employee training and development
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring cost-effective operations
• Conduct regular employee performance reviews and oversee cash control
• Implement and maintain rigorous standards and boundaries within the team

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a General Manager in a fast-food restaurant
• High School Diploma is a must;a Bachelor s Degree is preferred
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience in inventory and food cost control
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
