We are a high-volume, high-quality, fast-casual restaurant and are looking to add an Assistant General Manager to our growing team! Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a team.
• Top-level communication, verbal and written
• Top-level understanding of P&Ls, and ability to use the information to guide decisions both in the short-term and long term

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• High volume and high-pressure environment experience is a must.
• Strong experience in managing through others and developing salaried management within the structure of a single location
• Sense of urgency in everything work-related – time management is critical to stay ahead of the volume
• Passion for and ability to manage high quality in all areas, even in the most high-pressure environments
