We are recruiting a Maintenance Manager for a leading global industrial manufacturer to oversee activities for facilities and infrastructures. This individual will lead a team and ensure the operation’s fixed assets and facility needs meet reliability standards and operation performance goals.

Maintenance Manager Compensation:

• Competitive base salary (based on experience), plus annual bonus

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities: 

• Leads a team and effectively communicates with all functional groups to meet objectives and within budget
• Initiates and coordinates activities driving continual process improvement
• Experience managing budgets including capital projects, investments, and maintenance and repair
• Ensures implementation of all repairs resulting from gap analysis, plant audits, and notifications
• Systematically reviews all lines, processes, and utilities that are critical to the business and those where failure can have an unacceptable impact on safety, environment, or compliance

Industrial Maintenance Manager Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or relative experience, and direct supervisory experience
• 8 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing maintenance manager role
• In-depth heavy industrial maintenance/troubleshooting experience and problem-solving skills
• Leads, mentors, coaches, and develops team members
• Capable in reading and interpreting business data and possesses MS Office proficiency
