Recruiting Manager implements and manages processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Oversees an organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Manager evaluates and communicates key metrics to recommend appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Reviews and approves content and placement of advertisements and job postings. Additionally, Recruiting Manager secures appropriate resources for staff to be successful. The ideal candidate comes with quality experience in the restaurant industry as a restaurant manager or chef, excellent communication and leadership skills, and passion for cultivating employee experience and relationships. The Recruiting Manager will report to the Director of Talent & Productivity.
Work Location: Hybrid role with some flexibility, but at least 3-4 days working at our restaurant locations, primarily in the New York tri-state area.
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000
