We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee and manage the accounts receivable function within our organization. The ideal Corporate Accounts Receivable Manager will possess strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of accounts receivable processes, and the ability to implement effective strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables. The Corporate Accounts Receivable Manager will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliation processes.
Job Qualifications:
- Proficient in accounts receivable processes and procedures
- Strong 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry
- Knowledge of financial services and accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software such as Quicken or similar programs
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to perform technical accounting tasks, such as reconciliations and analysis
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent math skills for accurate calculations
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and payment application
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and take appropriate actions to resolve outstanding balances
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and implement collection strategies
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions and collection efforts
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
