Job Summary:
Senior Helpers – Southern Arizona is seeking a passionate and motivated Recruiting Manager to join our team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. As the Recruiting Manager, you will play a critical role in finding and hiring top talent to join our growing organization. This is a full-time, individual contributor position in our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and human resources, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job postings, social media, job fairs, and networking events
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates
- Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with qualified candidates
- Make job offers and negotiate compensation packages with new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records in our applicant tracking system
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including completing background checks and drug screenings
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and human resources
- Cross trained in scheduling and caregiver supervision.  Ability to take on-call one week every 4-8 weeks.  

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring top talent
- Strong knowledge of recruiting software and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, changing environment
