Oversees an organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Manager evaluates and communicates key metrics to recommend appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Reviews and approves content and placement of advertisements and job postings. Additionally, Recruiting Manager secures appropriate resources for staff to be successful. As the Recruiting Manager, you will play a critical role in finding and hiring top talent to join our growing organization. This is a full-time, individual contributor position in our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and human resources, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job postings, social media, job fairs, and networking events
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates
- Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with qualified candidates
- Make job offers and negotiate compensation packages with new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records in our applicant tracking system
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including completing background checks and drug screenings
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and human resources
- Cross trained in scheduling and caregiver supervision. Ability to take on-call one week every 4-8 weeks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring top talent
- Strong knowledge of recruiting software and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, changing environment
