The Recruiting Coordinator will participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. This position supports the recruiters and provides all administrative functions related to recruiting and hiring. The ideal candidate must be organized, flexible, self-motivated, and able to maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and update requisitions in recruiting database.
• Post new jobs and track candidates.
• Send appropriate correspondence to candidates.
• Coordinate background checks and all applicable pre-employment including follow up.
• Assist in onboarding of all new hires.
• May participate in job fairs and other recruiting events.
• Follow up with candidates on processing applications.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and applicants.
• Quickly and calmly resolve issues as they arise.
• Schedule interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring manager, support recruiters and coordinate candidate.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
