Being a Recruiting Supervisor reviews and approves content and placement of job postings in newspapers, magazines, trade or professional journals, or online media. Maintains relationships with and visits high schools, trade schools, colleges, job fairs, and related venues as part of recruiting efforts. Additionally, Recruiting Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree. Your role includes attracting, selecting, and onboarding new hires across various departments. You'll focus on meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for successful requisitions and filled positions per month while prioritizing hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
Day in the Job Preview: As a full-cycle recruiter at CRST, you will focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for diverse positions across multiple CRST divisions throughout the US. You'll also manage a strong network of relationships, including hiring managers, HR team members, and senior leadership, to proactively drive our recruiting efforts.
