Atlas Technologies is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of our recruiting team, responsible for facilitating and supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively to contribute to the seamless execution of recruitment initiatives, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

You Will:

• Assist the recruiters with all recruitment initiatives as directed.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, ensuring timely communication and adherence to the recruitment timelines.

• Assist the recruiting team, by serving as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, scheduling interviews, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and responsiveness.

• Assist in the management of incoming applications through the applicant tracking system (ATS), including reviewing resumes, updating candidate statuses, and providing feedback to applicants as directed by the recruiting team.

• Providing support to the recruiting team; using keywords, on job boards and our ATS to identify and contact potential candidates.

• Updating requisitions in our ATS: reposting positions, closing requisitions, and dispositioning and emailing candidates.

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and the completion of required onboarding tasks.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the ATS, generate reports on recruitment metrics, and provide insights to inform decision-making and process improvements.

• Assist in promoting our employer brand through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract top talent and enhance the reputation or Atlas as an employer of choice.

• Assist with the logistical aspects of recruitment events such as job fairs and other similar events.

• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, maintain documentation related to recruitment activities, and uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards.

You Have:

• Previous experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software applications preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.

• Team player with a collaborative mindset, capable of building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
