We are an iconic brand that has been delighting customers with delicious, freshly baked goods for over decades. We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Maintenance Room Manager Responsibilities:

• Comply with all safety rules and OSHA standards
• Understand machine specific procedures and be comfortable with various parts
• Be extremely organized and be able to create SOPS and organizational standards for a giant toolroom.
• Maintain all internal organization standards and put systems in place for the machine area.
• Very comfortable dealing with vendors and outside repair organizations to set appointments.
• Strong communication skills
