We are seeking a dynamic and organized Recruiting and Onboarding Program Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring we attract and retain top talent. You will be responsible for building and managing the entire recruiting and onboarding process for clinical staff, specifically Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your success will contribute directly to our ability to deliver exceptional care to our clients and families across the state. Our Clinic operations are growing rapidly to be able to serve the long list of families waiting for care, and our ability to scale our staffing efforts is critical to ensuring we are able to meet our goal to serve as many families as possible.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting and/or onboarding, preferably in the healthcare sector.
· Proven experience in developing and implementing recruiting strategies and processes.
· Strong understanding of ABA therapy and the clinical setting.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient Google suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
· Experience with Greenhouse ATS and Onboarding a major plus
Education and Licensure:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
General Requirements:
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
Familiarity with onboarding software and best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively bridge the gap between different teams. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address bottlenecks in the recruitment and onboarding processes.

Employees will discuss any questions or concerns they have with their supervisor or the practice’s Privacy Officer. Any employee who is not sure whether certain patient information should be released, will not release the information until discussing the circumstances with their supervisor and/or the Privacy Officer.
In the event it is discovered patient information may have been used or disclosed inappropriately, every employee is expected to notify their supervisor or the Privacy Officer. Supervisors will report such events to the Privacy Officer so that immediate and proper steps may be taken to mitigate/minimize any adverse effects to the patient.

Responsibilities and duties:
· Lead the end-to-end recruiting and onboarding process:
o Own the entire candidate journey, from identifying talent through sourcing and outreach, to conducting interviews, extending offers, and negotiating closing packages.
o Manage all aspects of the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires from pre-boarding to their first day and beyond.
o Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire process, answering questions, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience.
· Coordinate across hiring teams:
o Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between hiring managers, clinicians, and other involved parties to ensure a consistent and equitable hiring experience for all candidates.
o Develop and implement standardized interview protocols and evaluation criteria to guarantee fairness and objectivity throughout the process.
o Act as a central point of contact for all hiring-related inquiries and ensure seamless information flow between teams.
· Manage Greenhouse ATS and Onboarding system:
o Utilize Greenhouse ATS effectively to source candidates, manage applications, schedule interviews, and track the hiring process.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the system.
o Develop and implement onboarding workflows within the onboarding system to streamline the new hire experience.
o Train and support clinical staff on utilizing the onboarding system effectively.
