The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative support to the recruiting team This position is high-volume and in a fast-paced environment. Recruiting coordinators must have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Job responsibilities include the following:

• Assist and track pre-employment requirements and other recruiting tasks

• Responsible for tracking pertinent information using spreadsheets and other means

• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email

• Collaborate and coordinate with Recruiters to support company-wide Talent Acquisition initiatives such as hiring events / job fairs / campus recruiting events, and Diversity events / initiatives

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all candidates, employees, and teammates

• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process through various forms of communications contributing to a positive candidate experience

• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work across large, complex organization to achieve results

• Highly organized and keen eye for detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Docs

• Ability to learn new systems including HRIS, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Testing Platform

• Team player and flexible and adaptable to rapid change

• Knowledge of and ability to apply federal, state, and local legislation concerning employment matters

• Willing to work after hours and weekends when needed to meet client needs

• Ability to successfully pass all pre-employment testing, drug screening, and background investigation
