Recruiting Coordinator
A mission-driven organization is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their growing team! The ideal candidate is creative, resilient, and has full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. Non-profit or human services experience is a plus. This full-time, direct-hire role works in the Manchester, NH area with some regional travel to job fairs, networking events, and company offices.
Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator 

• Proactively sourcing talent for human service roles
• Manage & develop new relationships with recruitment partners
• Conduct phone interviews and make recommendations for hiring managers
• Coordinate and attend job fairs, networking events, and college recruitment events
• Responsible for the support of the overall company recruitment strategies
• Perform other related tasks and projects as required

Qualifications of the Recruiting Coordinator

• Previous experience in recruiting or account management
• Experience in human services and/or non-profit industry preferred
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Experience with in person recruitment and job fairs
• Strong experience with sourcing talent
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient with MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of/presence on social media
