Logan River Academy is looking to add a Recruiting Specialist/Marketing Assistant

Logan River Academy is a residential treatment center and fully accredited school for adolescent youth from ages 12-18. We help students struggling with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues including: autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, oppositional behavior, bipolar disorder, PTSD, substance abuse, depression, ADHD, impulse control, peer pressure, anger management, self-esteem, grief/loss issues, family relationships, communication, academic struggles, or other setbacks in their life. Our mission is to provide support and structure to help these students make good choices, be successful, and receive the academic and therapeutic help that they may need.

Responsibilities include:

• Manages Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by monitoring applications and upkeeping/posting job postings.
• Sources candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Screens all candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
• Schedules interviews/observations with Hiring Managers.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with surrounding colleges, work force centers, etc. in each location.
• Research, attends, and organizes recruitment events on site and in the community.
• Attends weekly meetings with recruitment vendors as needed/requested.
• Works with HR Director and Hiring Managers to determine areas of need and priority for staffing and recruitment.
• Completes reference checks for all candidates offered a position.
• Facilitates the offer process by extending offer, negotiating employment terms and confirming start dates with candidates, Hiring Managers and HR team in accordance with onboarding weeks.
• Upkeeps tracking of utilized platforms, contacts, and login information for all recruitment activities.
• Assists with company Facebook management/postings and other marketing activities as requested.
• Updates weekly staffing report with current openings, interviews, and recruitment activities.
  
• Attend and document client activities for the website
• Take pictures and sending them to update company website/social media
• Assist marketing team in developing materials

Requirements:

• Must be 20 yrs old
• Outgoing, personable, self driven
• 1 yrs of recruiting / sales background
• Drivers License Preferred
• Able to pass and annual FBI Background Check

This is a FT/PT position and would be able to work from home 40% of the time. Would need to be able to be in office once per week for meetings and have some availability
