Recruiting Supervisor supervises the activities of the employment department. Oversees a company's recruiting programs, policies, and procedures to develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs. Being a Recruiting Supervisor reviews and approves content and placement of job postings in newspapers, magazines, trade or professional journals, or online media. Maintains relationships with and visits high schools, trade schools, colleges, job fairs, and related venues as part of recruiting efforts. Additionally, Recruiting Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Job Summary:
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Chloeta you will serve on the Recruiting Team within the Human Resources Department and report to a Talent Acquisition Manager. You will ensure a high degree of attention to detail in managing the intake of candidates, uploading their resume to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), conducting candidate phone screens and arranging interviews through calendar management for Recruiters to conduct.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Actively search for qualified candidates
Set interviews and phone screens candidates
Documents all candidate interactions in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure job applicants are reviewed, contacted, disqualified or replied to on a daily and weekly basis by member of the assigned department
Coordinate with Project Managers (PM) regarding hiring needs
May participate occasionally in community outreach events such as college career fairs
Manage the intake process and intake staff, utilizing established protocols
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates seeking employment
Post and unpost job requisitions at the direction of a Recruiter or Recruiting Manager

Emergency Response:
Every Chloeta employee has regular and recurring emergency management responsibilities, though not every position requires routine deployment to disaster sites. All positions are subject to recall around the clock for emergency management operations, which may require irregular work hours, work at locations other than the official Duty Station, and may include duties other than those specified in the employee's official Position Description (PD). Travel requirements in support of emergency operations may be extensive in nature (weeks to months), with little advance notice, and may require employees to relocate to emergency sites with physically austere and operationally challenging conditions.
