We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking, high-energy Recruiting Assistant to join our team and hit the ground running. Responsibilities:

As a Recruiting Assistant you will be supporting the Senior Recruiter with various operational functions such as:

• Process and maintain candidate applications in the Indeed database.
• Assist with all phases of the recruitment process, including interview scheduling and sourcing.
• Maintain and organize a steady flow of candidates, ability to hire 20 per month.
• Create and post various Job Descriptions based on the need of the company.
• Track the recruiting and professional development budgets.
• Provide administrative support on other activities as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience in a recruitment setting (required)
• Experience working in a fast paced environment, ability to multitask in a loud environment.
• Experience providing outstanding customer service (required)
• Experience working with an ATS, CRM, HRIS or another relational database (preferred)
• Demonstrated skills in time management and prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

• $20-25.00/ Hour Bonuses ( DOE)
