Responsibilities:

• Assigns and coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembling, testing, and inspecting assemblies and sub-assemblies.
  

• Analyzes production schedule and assigns jobs to line workers needed to meet delivery dates.
  

• Plans work assignments for groups based on priority and worker skills.
  

• Assigns duties to workers and evaluates worker performance.
  

• Implements company policies and procedures.
  

• Examines products according to the knowledge of manufacturing and quality standards to ensure acceptability.
  

• Reviews and compiles operations records, such as yield, scrap, and maintenance costs.
  

• Reviews work orders, product specifications, technical instructions and facility requirements, and requisition tools.
  

• Equipment and supplies for section.
  

• Enters and verifies employee's work time into the system.
  

• Adapts easily to changing programs; flexible to do tasks assigned.
  

• Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment, and professionalism when representing the company.
  

• Demonstrate leadership and people management skills.
  

• Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to operate on diverse project teams with direction.
  

• Lead or participate in a continuous improvement activity with complete documentation, including a follow-up review with the team in a presentation format.
  

• Demonstrate the ability to lead a small group through successful process improvement projects.
  

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7 to 10 years of electronics manufacturing experience.
  

• 1 years in a leadership role.
  

• Experience in contract manufacturing preferred.
  

• Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools.
  

• Ability to drive solutions to planning issues with direction from senior management.
  

• Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required.
  

• Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products and WebEx conferencing software.
  

• Strong customer service and client focus.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Effective interpersonal skills.
  

• Effective multitasking skills and the ability to take on additional responsibilities as required.
  

• Effective organization and prioritization skills.
