Restaurant General Manager Qualifications and Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable leadership role within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dedication to fostering team growth and development.
• Proficient in developing managers within the team.
• Capable of conducting P&L reviews and implementing cost control measures.
• Prioritization of guest satisfaction as a key objective.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
