Job Duties

• Coordinate the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Collaborate with Senior Recruiter and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various recruiting platforms and job boards to track and manage candidate information.
• Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or other related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of talent management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with BambooHR is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, and hiring managers.
