Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review candidate applications and résumés within a timely fashion, ensuring each candidate meets the minimum qualifications and experience requirements for the associated role.
- Conduct a high volume of detailed phone interviews on a daily basis, assessing the quality of each candidate’s responses relative to the needs of the role, providing them with a clear overview of the company and position(s) applied to, and instilling excitement about the potential of working for RIVO.
- Schedule candidate interviews, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing the coordination of interview details according to the needs of the candidate, interviewer(s), role, and company.
- Prepare materials for daily on-site interviews, notifying building security and receptionist of guest information, printing résumés for hiring managers, greeting candidates with a welcoming demeanor upon arrival, and escorting them to their interview location.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with sales candidates, focusing on their communication skills and intrinsic motivation to thrive in a call center sales environment.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate qualifications for additional assigned roles.
- Assist with candidate communication via phone and email; conducting check-in conversations with candidates pending in the pipeline, re-scheduling interviews, offer negotiations for selected sales candidates, and sending final decision communication as needed.
- Maintain ATS systems and team spreadsheets with accurate candidate information, ensuring status notes and interview information are up to date and candidates are dispositioned properly within a timely manner.
- Initiate the background check, employment verification, and reference check process post offer acceptance, working with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition for candidates from acceptance to onboarding and proper documentation of candidate records.
- Complete special projects and strategic initiatives for Talent Acquisition and assist broader HR team programs, projects, and initiatives as assigned.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Assistant or Recruiting Coordinator required.
- Prior experience focused on call center and/or sales recruitment highly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong familiarity with standard recruiting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong familiarity with recruiting platforms and ATS systems (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ADP WorkforceNow).
- Strong knowledge of California laws and regulations applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Excellent understanding of the skills and attributes required for candidate success in call center sales roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $24.00 to $32.00. Individual salaries within those ranges takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; knowledge and skill sets; and other business and organizational needs.
