Recruiting Supervisor supervises the activities of the employment department. Oversees a company's recruiting programs, policies, and procedures to develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs. Being a Recruiting Supervisor reviews and approves content and placement of job postings in newspapers, magazines, trade or professional journals, or online media. Maintains relationships with and visits high schools, trade schools, colleges, job fairs, and related venues as part of recruiting efforts. Additionally, Recruiting Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. We have an immediate need for a Physical Therapist (PT) who is seeking a full-time position with an established home health agency. The successful candidate will provide physical therapy evaluations and supervise assistants. The successful candidate will also receive full-time equivalent pay for the first 90 days while onboarding patients.
Description
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function and planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards.
Specific Duties
Evaluate and diagnose pediatric patients and develop a plan of care, in a home health setting.
Supervise PTAs
Job Requirements
Graduate of APTA accredited school
State therapy license or eligible in Texas
BLS/CPR Certification
Pediatric experience preferred
Bilingual preferred
