Referral Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Manage and process referrals for patients
- Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate processing of referrals.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for referrals.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-up care for referred patients.
- Maintain accurate and organized referral records and documentation.

- Previous experience working in A Home Healthcare setting is preferred.
- - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping.
