What does this position look like
A Residence Specialist II is responsible for participation in the development of individual comprehensive service plans.
Participation in individual service coordination activities. Communicating observations and information about the clients to the program coordinator, RN and treatment team.
Documenting observations, information and services provided to the client in progress notes. On-site services and support supervising, organizing and supporting recreational and / or socialization activities.
Participates in team meetings, including treatment planning. Supervises clients' self medication and documents according to policy.
Participates in the development of recovery plans for those clients residing in A group homes.
What you need to apply
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field
Knowledge of and experience with the chronic mentally ill adult population preferred
Valid automobile driver's license with MVR which meets Agency standards.
