Refinery Operator controls equipment systems that process natural gas or petroleum into specified products. Responsibilities include monitoring pressure and flow and reading gauges and adjusting valves as needed. Being a Refinery Operator requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Refinery Operator works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Position at Pilgrim's Job duties include :
Once processing is complete the room and processing equipment will be cleaned and sanitized. No residual egg shell or dust should be left on the equipment or the floor at the end of any processing day.
Once the vacuum tank has been dumped the vacuum tank lid, walls, I-beam structure, and concrete should be washed down completely.
If the lid is not washed everyday it will leak and we will lose suction from the system.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT : High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred. EOE / Vet / Disabled
