Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations in Texas. The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our transportation operations in the region, including but not limited to, driver management, fleet maintenance, customer relations, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the regional transportation network, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage a team of drivers and support staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present reports on regional performance, including financial results, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the LPG/NGL transportation industry, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Willingness to travel within the region 80%.
