Regional Administrative Manager manages the daily operations of an organization's staff and service functions. Oversees various internal service areas that typically include administrative/office/financial operations, facility maintenance/space planning, security, hospitality services, equipment and supply procurement, vendor management, and others. Being an Regional Administrative Manager tracks capital and operating budget spending. Implements processes and policies that support efficient service delivery and meet the organization's changing needs. Additionally, Regional Administrative Manager sets performance goals and service targets for staff used to evaluate performance and to drive continuous improvement. To provide office management and organization in scheduling and filing. This position requires at least a High School Diploma and must be at least 21 years of age.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Individual(s) will be in a non-locked facility located in a residential neighborhood. The facility is well lit and well ventilated. The facility provides outpatient services to individuals with substance use disorder, mental health disorder, or both. Individuals employed are expected to be sensitive to all gender population.
KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING
The Administrative Manager position requires a minimum of a High School Diploma. The Administrative Manager must be able to work with clients that are high risk and suffer from Mental Health, Substance Abuse or both. The Case Manager must have good communication skills. The Administrative Manager must be able to work well with the client, their family, and the referral source(s). The Administrative Manager must be able to work well with outside agencies and have good working knowledge of basic computer programs such as Word and Excel.
