Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Clinical Office Lead / Manager to support our small practices across Minnesota and Wisconsin. We currently have four (4) locations that are within driving distance of each other. While Juvly's clinical staff members are trained to be self-sufficient, they would benefit from additional administrative support and direction from the regional office lead. By ensuring the smooth operations of our clinics, you will make a vital contribution to our team, patients, and the community. This team member will report to members of the Company's Operations Team.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all clinics, ensuring a smoothly functioning, efficient, and positive work environment.
2. Handle recruitment processes such as initial candidate screening /interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Foster a company culture that encourages a positive work environment and high team morale.
4. Implement, uphold and review operational policies and procedures.
5. Work closely with other operations team members through remote platforms, reporting progress regularly.
6. Participate in financial planning and budget management.
7. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.Requirements:1. Prior experience in office or clinic management; experience in medical or beauty preferred.
2. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
3. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in use of basic tech / operating systems for communication and office needs .
5. Basic to advanced knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical law.
Working Hours & Travel:This position requires a 5-day work week. Monthly to quarterly travel will be required for the role - travel expenses will be reimbursed
Benefits
- $45,000-$50,000 annual salary.
