Regional Administrative Manager manages the daily operations of an organization's staff and service functions. Oversees various internal service areas that typically include administrative/office/financial operations, facility maintenance/space planning, security, hospitality services, equipment and supply procurement, vendor management, and others. Being an Regional Administrative Manager tracks capital and operating budget spending. Implements processes and policies that support efficient service delivery and meet the organization's changing needs. Summary
Under the supervision of the Airport Director, the Airport Operations Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the activities concerned with operations, construction, and maintenance of airport facilities in accordance with Airport policy and governmental regulations. This is a supervisory position where the Operations Manager will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Airport’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and training employees. The Operations Manager will plan, assign, evaluate, discipline employees, address complaints and resolve problems. Performs related duties as required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee is regularly required to use radios using clear and concise speech. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The duties of this position may be subject to exterior environment, including heat, cold and inclement weather. The noise level in the work environment ranges from quiet to very loud.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) and two years of experience or equivalent combination of work, education, and/or experience. Would prefer two years of managerial experience.
Licenses, Certifications; Special Requirements
A valid Wyoming Driver’s license. The ability to work extended hours or be on-call to respond to Airport emergencies or special events. Within 30 days of employment must become certified as an Airport Security Coordinator (ASC).
Within the first 6 months of employment obtain a Wyoming Certified Class A Fuel Operator through International Code Council.
