Regional Administrative Manager manages the daily operations of an organization's staff and service functions. Oversees various internal service areas that typically include administrative/office/financial operations, facility maintenance/space planning, security, hospitality services, equipment and supply procurement, vendor management, and others. Being an Regional Administrative Manager tracks capital and operating budget spending. Implements processes and policies that support efficient service delivery and meet the organization's changing needs. Additionally, Regional Administrative Manager sets performance goals and service targets for staff used to evaluate performance and to drive continuous improvement. Utilizes data analytics to measure activity and drive continuous improvement. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives. Provides advice on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations. Assists with the recommendation of new wage scales based on market data. Reviews and/or assists with development of job descriptions to ensure accuracy. Designs creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans. Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data. Oversees CHSGa’s participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved. Updates wages scales, at least annually, based on appropriate salary survey and Department of Labor data. Collaborates with the CHSGa BIS team to ensure wage scales are updated and tested in Workday to ensure accuracy Ensures compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations. Complies with all Corporate Compliance, HIPAA, Privacy and Security Programs. Promotes the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication. Contributes to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts of the System. Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System. SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge of all federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee compensation. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data. Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Excel. Experience with Human Capital Management Systems, preferably Workday Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field 5 to 7 years of direct compensation experience with at least 3 years in compensation management Knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to base compensation and incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations. Preferred certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Human Resource Management experience in a healthcare organization preferred.
