WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As an Administrative Manager, you take the reins and ensure our accounting and human resource needs are taken care of. Additionally, you tackle many additional admin tasks as needed. To ensure our accounting workflows are consistently moving, you follow the established procedures ensuring the A/R and A/P are current. At the office, you process all checks and electronics in a timely manner as payments come in. Additionally, you track memberships and jobs booked to forecast revenue. When accounts are in collections, you maintain proper follow-up to obtain monies owed and track projected collection amounts. You input all A/P and A/R data into the scorecard and prepare financial statements for the CEO bimonthly.
You set deadlines, prepare schedules, and delegate tasks for your admin team. Additionally, you organize and participate in the hiring process for the entire company, including interviewing and onboarding, as well as maintaining personnel files. Your HR role doesn't stop there - you ensure health and safety policies are current in order to stay in compliance.
With your knack for establishing procedures, you implement workflows so that all important office / administrative tasks are handled efficiently. From verifying all sub-contractors are licensed, bonded, and insured to entering W-9 information and distributing reseller permits, your operational workflows won't let anything get missed. Through the preparation of organizing company events, verifying purchase orders, or answering client phone calls and emails, you enjoy the interaction you have with our colleagues, vendors, and clients on a daily basis.
