Regional Administrative Manager manages the daily operations of an organization's staff and service functions. Oversees various internal service areas that typically include administrative/office/financial operations, facility maintenance/space planning, security, hospitality services, equipment and supply procurement, vendor management, and others. Being an Regional Administrative Manager tracks capital and operating budget spending. Implements processes and policies that support efficient service delivery and meet the organization's changing needs.     What We're Looking For...

    A dynamic, service-driven Regional Manager (RM) for our branch office location. The RM will be responsible for the overall management of all aspects of multiple branch locations and branch GM, including sales, daily operations, coordination of third-party Flooring Installers, employee management, and customer service. A primary responsibility of this role will be to drive sales, maintain good branch customer service reviews, effectively manage employees as well as Contract business partners, and positively impact branch performance/growth.

    The right fit for this role will enjoy “rolling up their sleeves” and jumping in to help as well as staying engaged in every aspect of branch operations. They will have experience driving business growth, as well as managing sales teams, employees, and Independent Contractors. Skills and experience effectively leading, building rapport, motivating others, and managing teams are imperative to this role.

    Ideal candidates must be able to effectively articulate sales strategy as well as plan and conduct motivational and educational meetings and training classes to groups and one-on-one. A “team-effort approach,” taking ownership of branch success, plus being self-motivated and growth-oriented would be the right combination of traits for success in this position.

    What You'll Do...

    • Oversee GM's branch operations in all aspects including sales, operational processes, quality, service, and profitability
    • Supervise staff through the employment life cycle, including hiring, training, performance management, coaching, supervising work, etc.
    • Manage teams of GMs, third-party Sales Reps., and Flooring Installation Contractors
    • Lead weekly educational sales meetings to drive sales performance and ensure representative’s knowledge base
    • Perform on-site and field sales classes focused on conveying sales strategy, company philosophy, and organizational procedures
    • Address and resolve escalated customer issues to ensure timely, satisfactory settlement of complaints
    • Perform site visits for customer service issues or to verify the quality of Contractors' work
    • Fill in or assists office staff in multiple roles during planned or unplanned time off, high-volume periods, etc.

    What's Required...

    • Coaching and leadership/managing managers, sales training, understanding of P&L, must be able to travel up to 50% of the time for a week or more at a time.
    • 7 years of related experience including experience managing and driving performance, leading teams, and managing employees.
    • In-home sales experience preferred.
    • Experience within the home improvement industry is preferred but not required.
    • Familiarity with diverse flooring products and installation processes (hardwood, carpet, tile, laminate, etc.) is a plus
    • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
    • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
    • Must be able to effectively articulate and train one on one or small groups
    • Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at 7 am or earlier, and alternating Saturdays with the flexibility to take after-hours calls
    • Travel: (50-75% of the time) within a 1000-mile radius as needed
