Hyatt Family Facilities is seeking a Regional Nurse/Director of Clinical Services (RN) to support our facilities in Anacortes and Bellingham, WA.
OVERVIEW:
Multi-site position supporting the nursing teams in two skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and two assisted living facilities (ALFs).
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to the Director of Clinical Services and provides clinical expertise and support to the Director of Nursing Services or Wellness Director at each facility, their Administrator and Executive Director, RN and LPN Resident Case Managers, and staff nurses. This includes health care activities, training and development of staff, and regulatory compliance issues.
Education and Experience
Must have a Washington state RN license; and minimum of five to seven years related experience and/or training, most of which are in the geriatric field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with the elderly required and must have a thorough understanding of aging issues related to health.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
Licensed as a registered nurse (RN). Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for business travel.
