Regional Agency Director jobs in Colorado Springs, CO

Trails End Taproom Colorado Springs is looking for a Regional Director of Taproom VIBE that loves people, food, beer and the great outdoors.

This full-time position will be growing the excitement around Trails End Taproom and help build our outdoor adventure brand. The Regional Director of Taproom VIBE work along side of the COS GM with the Trails End Owner.

The ideal candidate is enthusiast who has a sincere desire to contribute and help build our outdoor adventure brand. We are seeking a candidate who is trustworthy, professional and comfortable taking initiative and acting independently.

Drinks:

• Manage drink ordering (COS, Monument and Kiosk)

o Ensure ratio on pricing, vendor, keg size, and diversity in alcohol type, flavor

o Manage keg returns

o Manage Kiosk location beer

o Manage COS cocktail wall and ensure par of ingredients

o Manage cleaning of kegs and cooler for COS and Kiosk

o Build close relationships with all our distributers and breweries

Events:

• Lead interaction with community events including but not limited to:

o Taste of OCC (COS)

o Brines and Brews (Monument)

o Coffin Races (COS)

o Christmas Market (Monument)

• Create events specifically for each location

o Large seasonal events (bike demos, solstice, …)

o Fundraiser events

o Live music events

• Lead weekly Tailblazers events (COS and Monument)

o Ensure coordination of weekly lead help

o Lead sponsorship signup for Trailblazers and ensure money collection

• Maintain event calendar in whenIwork
• Lead for all advertising for events (Social, brochures, …)

Community/Growth:

• Interact with hotels in the spring and build relationships thru the fall
• Work with other restaurants to build referral relationships
• Work with local non profits to create and participate in community fundraisers
• Interact with future franchise owners
• Ensure inventory for all locations (stickers, shirts, hats, …)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 21 years old or older
• Extensive beer knowledge and a passion for craft beer (Certified beer servers and Certified Cicerones strongly encouraged to apply)
• Strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Open availability with majority of hours being in the evenings and on weekends
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. regularly
• Valid Driver’s License
