Regional Agency Director jobs in Phoenix, AZ

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Basketball Division Director for our remote sports agency, specializing in scouting , player management, and skill development .

As the leader of our division, you'll manage operations for player management , ensuring high-quality services for representation , showcases , try outs.

Duties

• Lead day-to-day operations, overseeing scheduling player for short conferences discussing career and or combines and job openings or opportunities.
• Develop strategies for scouting players
• Guide and support players, ensuring they we are here to help them extend the longevity in their career providing real solutions.
• Collaborate with team owners and staff to find players to fill their openings .
• Monitor player progress during season
• Maintain accurate player records : team contact information and prepare required reports

Experience
Successful candidates will have:

• Experience in player management within professional basketball
• Knowledge of various sports disciplines, particularly basketball
• Background in sports coaching , playing professionally, or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in behavior management and conflict resolution
