As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing the culinary team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, including cooks and other kitchen staff
- Plan and develop menus that align with customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Prepare and cook food items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in the food industry
- Excellent cooking skills with a focus on taste, presentation, and quality
- Proficient in kitchen management software and systems

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen setting

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
