About the Opportunity:
Join a new opening franchise in Columbia, SC, as an experienced Multi-Unit Director of Operations/General Manager. This role offers the opportunity to oversee multiple restaurant locations and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multi-unit franchise operations
• New opening experience preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor/food cost forecasting, and hiring/training
• Ability to recruit, interview, hire, and develop restaurant managers and hourly team members

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all restaurants, ensuring focus on business needs
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and development of restaurant managers and team members
• Implement and maintain hiring, training, and development programs
• Foster a positive work environment focused on retaining team members
