Premier Senior Living Community has an immediate opening for a full-time experienced Chef.

Experience:

• 5 years hotel, senior living or restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of kitchen and dining room operations, including ordering, budgeting, scheduling, extreme customer service.
• Experience working with vulnerable adults is helpful

Staffing and Leadership:

• Provides leadership and training to both front and back of the house culinary team.
• Demonstrates aptitude in all culinary positions and is available to fill other shifts as needed or required.
• Assists with all aspects of team management.
• Maintains and manages the schedules.
• Demonstrates basic computer knowledge; familiar with online ordering
• Train and motivate team members
• Complies with local, state, and federal regulatory standards in accordance with company standards and maintains a clean kitchen.
